Raj is a Brooklyn based director and writer.  The pilot episode of his series From Jappan recently screened at the New York Television Festival and the Austin Film Festival.  His screenplays, which often deal with immigrants and products of a diaspora, have received attention at writing festivals globally.  Raj is currently developing his series as well as a project he plans to direct as his first feature length film.  

Under the banner of his production company Indoor Thunder Machine, Trivedi produced Welcome to Bushwick by writer/director Henry Jinings. The film is a Romantic-Comedy-Thriller about the fears that go into first dates.  The film will premiere at the 2018 Slamdance Film Festival.

Raj was Line Producer on Hilary Brougher's feature film South Mountainand is currently Post-Production Supervisor for Joshua Zeman's documentary 52: The Search for the Loneliest Whale.
